About these terms
This website is operated by Sirius Apex DigiService, owned by Twinkle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or purchasing our services, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
We provide digital services including website development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising management, graphic design, content writing, video editing and website maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each order are set out in a written quote or proposal sent to you.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated. GST is charged at the applicable rate.
- Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed in your written quote.
- One-time projects require a 50% advance before work begins, and the balance before final delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
- Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay and other secure payment methods. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, ad spend, app store fees, stock assets and paid plugins are not included unless stated.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, logins and approvals on time.
- Make sure any content, images or logos you give us are yours to use.
- Review work and give feedback within the agreed time. Delays in feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions and changes
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope, or beyond the included revisions, are quoted and billed separately.
Ownership
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including designs, content and source code. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party software, fonts, themes and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, ad performance, social media reach and sales depend on factors outside our control, such as Google and Meta algorithms, competition and your offer. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue. We do guarantee to deliver the agreed work professionally.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data loss caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or events outside our control.
Suspension of work
We may pause work if payments are overdue or required inputs are not provided. Work resumes once the issue is resolved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your city, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Orders already confirmed follow the terms in place when they were placed.
