Sirius Apex DigiService provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.
How we deliver
- Websites and apps: deployed to your domain, hosting or app store account, with login details shared by email.
- Designs, documents and videos: shared by email or a secure cloud link such as Google Drive.
- Monthly services: delivered as ongoing work with monthly reports by email.

Typical timelines are shown on each service page. Your exact delivery date is stated in your written quote. Timelines begin after we receive the advance payment and all required content and access from you.

Order confirmation
After payment, you receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay and an order confirmation email from us within one working day.
Delays
If a delay happens on our side, we will tell you in advance with a revised date. If we can’t deliver, the refund policy applies. Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals extend the timeline accordingly.
