Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway. Bank transfer is also available on request.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

What are your payment terms?

One-time projects need a 50% advance to start and the balance before final delivery. Monthly services are billed in advance.

How long will my project take?

Each service page shows a typical delivery time. Your written quote includes an exact timeline.

How many revisions do I get?

Revision rounds depend on your plan and are listed in your quote.

Who owns the final work?

You do, once the full payment is made. We hand over all files, logins and source code.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, depending on how much work has been done. Read the refund and cancellation policy.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Do you ship anything physical?

No. All our services are delivered digitally. See the shipping and delivery policy.
